The paper has a wealth of information. There are some inconsistencies in the use of polarizations in Equations 8 & 9 and Figures 2 & 6. S should be defined and explained as TE and P should be defined and explained as TM. Some of these inconsistencies were first introduced by the ruled surface relief grating community and the authors are well aware of this.
